Q: Where is my order?
A: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You will receive a separate email once your order has been shipped out with a tracking number, so you will be able to check the status of your package!
Q: How do I return my items?
A: You can exchange all unworn and unwashed merchandise with the original tag within 7 days of receiving an item. Once the item is received, we will send you a PVC gift card to make another purchase!. Please email PrettyVibeCollections@gmail.com prior to the return with the order number and item that you would like to exchange. You will be responsible for all shipping charges. Please keep track of your order to ensure that it was delivered to us. If items are damaged or defective please email us and we will gladly assist!

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We are working hard to get everything packaged and shipped out as quick as possible! Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
Q: Why is this item no longer in stock and will it be restocked?
A: Some items will sell out quickly and only select items will be restocked. Please subscribe to Prettyvibecollections email list to be notified on New Arrivals and promotions!
